ReplyDeleteA very interesting read. I hadn't though about the fact that a lot of popular social medias were found in the west and then spread in popularity globally. Thank you for explaining Weibo and it's ability to be used for marketing. I especially think the idea of a lottery is unique to the platform and I can't help but think the groundswell everywhere would enjoy that as part of a social media's algorithm.
